Chest computed tomography showing the pulmonary hilar tumor in the left upper lobe. The tumor was suspected to have invaded the long segment of the PA (a, b case 1; d, e case 2). Bronchoscopy showed the exposition of the tumor to the left upper bronchus. The tumor was diagnosed as squamous cell carcinoma by TBB from * site (c case 1—orifice of left upper bronchus; f case 2—second carina)
